Dining

Riad le Clos des Arts prides itself on its delicious and genuine specialties, sometimes the creative result of the encounter of the Moroccan with the Mediterranean tradition. Seasonal local fresh produce is brought to the kitchen daily. Our dishes celebrate the combination of flavours and colours present in the souks of Marrakech. Guests can enjoy a colourful variety of flavoured salads, fine soups, slow cooked tagines, rich traditional couscous, but also some other variations around the Moroccan cuisine.

Dinner is served in our dining room or in romantically set corners, while on warmer evenings guests can enjoy a rooftop candlelight dinner under the stars of Marrakech. Every day a 3 course Menu du Jour is proposed and guests are welcome to book dinner by midday the same day. We are happy to accommodate specific diet needs, as our cooks are getting more and more familiar with vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free options.

A rich typical Moroccan breakfast will be served, weather permitting on the roof terrace or alternatively in the dining area and will include homemade breads, savoury and sweet pastries, home-made flavoured yogurt, fruits, fresh juices and a variety of eggs on order.

Riad le Clos des Arts also organizes cooking classes in-house for small groups or can facilitate cooking workshops proposed by selected partners.
